My Backyard Trophy For Persona 5:
This trophy will take some time to do, as some parts of the map unlock, as the players progress through the story.. This will slow down the process a lot. The easiest way to unlock the trophy is by progressing through the story, while completing the Confidant events.
This will allow you to explore most of the map in the game, and if you have missed any areas, they will show up as empty bubbles on your map.
