Frontier’s Planet Coaster beta is set to be available from November 9. All those who have pre-ordered the Thrillseeker Edition will have access to this beta, until the game is officially released on November 17.
Planet Coaster’s beta includes all the features of the game except for the campaign scenarios, which will be made available at the launch. According to Frontier, this beta is the “most significant update ever” which will put “simulation and management firmly at the center of the game”.
Planet Coaster is a construction and management simulation video game. It has been developed and published by Frontier Developments for PC. Originally called Coaster Park Tycoon, the name of the game was changed to Planet Coaster in 2015.
As a successor to RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, this game allows players to construct different theme park rides and roller-coasters by letting their imagination run wild. The aim is to create and manage the world’s greatest theme park. You can also share your empire with friends and content creators through a mechanic called “global village”.
To get access to this beta, you can pre-order the Thrillseeker Edition from Steam, at any time, before the game is officially released on November 17. Steam is also offering 10% off on the standard edition of the game.
