PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is out now for the Xbox One and Xbox One X. The game is a part of the game preview program and currently it is being sold for $29.99. It is also available on PC and so far it has been confirmed as an exclusive for the Xbox One.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds can be a rather resource heavy game on PC so it is interesting to see how the transition is handled to the Xbox One and Xbox One X. While there aren’t many screenshots out from the Xbox One version of the game, the Xbox One X screenshots were shared by reddit user zaedge and they honestly don’t look so bad for an Unreal Engine 4 game.
PUBG, Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds on Xbox One X
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds was originally teased as a 60 fps game however the developer later clarified that their aim is to target 30 fps on both Xbox One and Xbox One X. The game does offer support for higher resolution on the Xbox One X although it is not clear what other visual enhancements are being offered aside from the resolution.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is out today exclusively for the Xbox One. It also offers supported for the hardware features of the Xbox One X. Currently, there are no South Asian servers available in the game but there are servers for North America, South America and Europe, however more might be added with further updates to the game.
