Pokemon GO players are reporting all sort of weird glitches with the game ranging from server issues to avatar changing appearance.
This glitch started to occur recently while the game received a brand new update just yesterday. It is not confirmed whether the update had anything to do with the glitch or it is due to the server issues.
Niantic Inc. was quick to confirm that fans were having issues in the game and have assured that they are working on resolving it as soon as possible. In the meanwhile, if you are experiencing any issue, it is best to wait for the fix to get released before continuing with Pokemon GO.

Pokemon GO is available now for the iOS and Android. It was developed by Niantic Inc. The game was a massive success for them and still continue to be one of the top grossing apps on the Android and iOS store. It is a free-to-play game that uses microtransactions and augmented reality, based on the popular Pokemon series from GameFreaks which is published by Nintendo Japan.
