In Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu & Eevee you’ll start the game with Pikachu or Eevee depending on the version of the game. Both Pokemon have evolved forms but can you evolve them in the game?
The short and simpler answer to this is no.
Due to the game’s design both starters are meant to not evolve and stay in their base forms. This does not mean that you can’t evolve other Pikachu or Eevees you catch in the wild.
To evolve a Pikachu you catch in the wild all you need is use a Thunder Stone on it, which’ll evolve it into a Raichu.
Eevee on the other hand is much more interesting as it has three evolved forms. You can evolve an Eevee you’ve caught in the wild into Jolteon using a Thunder Stone, Flareon using a Fire Stone and Vaporeon using a Water Stone.
