The Power Plant is a bit tricky to get to in Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu & Eevee but we’ll cover how to get their quickly in this article.
The Power Plant has some really powerful Electric Pokemon that come in useful later on, plus Zapdos, one of the Legendary Birds, also rests there.
In Let’s Go the Power Plant is located in Route 10, but you won’t be able to access it the first time you enter the Route.

To get to the Power Plant first thing you need to do is get the Fly/Sky Dash Secret Technique that allows Fast Travel or Surf.
Now you have to follow the water stream near the Pokemon Center till the corner, doing so will have you reach the Power Plant.
