The camera slash picture messaging app Snapchat has taken the world by storm boasting over 150 million daily users. The app frequently features new camera filters to celebrate occasions like sports events or some just for fun like the dog tongue pictures you’ve been seeing everywhere. By the looks of things new Pokemon themed filters could also be coming to Snapchat very soon.
A Snapchat developer posted some new filters that he’d submitted for approval on Reddit featuring the Legendary bird trio: Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos. With PokemonGO having released just recently to great success, this is the perfect time for Snapchat to get some Pokemon goodness!
Currently the filters are available in a very limited release but hopefully they go live to everyone soon. Follow @brennan135 to see them in action.
