PS Plus June 2018 Games Lineup To Be Announced Tomorrow; What To Expect?

Sony will officially announce the games lineup for PS Plus subscribers tomorrow. They usually announce it on the last Wednesday of a month so tomorrow is the time for it. PlayStation Spain has also confirmed that the announcement will be made tomorrow afternoon.

As for the games lineup, right now, there are no concrete rumors around the PlayStation Plus free games lineup for the upcoming month. Unlike PS+, Xbox Live Games with Gold has been leaked early due to a mistake made by official Xbox Germany blog that released the lineup earlier. If you haven’t checked it out, you can read more about it from here.

As for the games that will be a part of the PS Plus lineup, some early predictions point towards Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter, Farpoint PSVR and Alien Isolation. The other smaller candidates are Unravel and Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams. Of course, these are all predictions for now but Summer is usually a hit or miss when it comes to free games. Xbox Live Gold is already having a slightly disappointing month so don’t be surprised to see the same for PS Plus games lineup.

Once the games will be officially announced, they will be available to download for free on the service starting June 5th. Sony has also announced that they will drop the PS Plus free games for the PS3 and PS Vita starting next year so if you are still subscribing to the service for these platforms, it is time to stop renewing the subscription.
