Sony has announced May 2018 free games lineup for the PS Plus subscribers. The upcoming month will see the release of Beyond Two Souls free to PS Plus subscribers to celebrate the launch of David Cage’s Detroit: Become Human. The other game that has been confirmed is Ubisoft’s critical hit platformer Rayman Legends. Both of these games will join the PS Plus subscription starting May 1st.
The full lineup of games can be seen below along with the free games for the PS3 and PS Vita. Keep in mind that the PS Plus free games lineup will remove PS Vita and PS3 games starting next year.
- Beyond: Two Souls (PS4)
- Rayman Legends (PS4)
- Risen 3: Titan Lords (PS3)
- Eat Them (PS3)
- King Oddball (PS Vita) (Cross Buy with PS3 and PS4)
- Furmins (PS Vita)
Beyond Two Souls was the last Quantic Dreams game that was released exclusively for the PS3. It unfortunately didn’t get much critical praise unlike Heavy Rain but it was still a solid game overall. Quantic Dream will release their hotly anticipated Detroit: Become Human on May 25th so perhaps this was considered as a bonus game for PS Plus to coincide with its launch.
Along with Beyond Two Souls, you can enjoy Rayman Legends for the PS4. It was developed by Ubisoft using their UbiArt engine and it has been released on a wide variety of platforms so far.
