Sony is in a generous mood lately by sending PS Plus subscribers free 3 months of Netflix credit that is worth around $33 USD.
This credit is sent through the official PlayStation promotional email, so if you haven’t received one, it simply means that you are not eligible for the offer. The codes are sent in an email and have to be redeemed in the Netflix app.
This is not the first time Sony has offered Netflix with a PS Plus subscription. However, previously, this offer was only available in Europe if you bought 1 year of PS Plus subscription from the official PlayStation Store.
If you haven’t received an email from Sony, there is a way to check it out by using your email address. Go to this official link and then input the email to find out if you are eligible or not for this offer.
There is no way to determine how Sony is picking the users who are eligible for this offer. The code that is sent through an email can be used as Netflix credit. You can then subscribe to any package that is currently available on Netflix from the SD all the way to 4K plan.
