PS Plus users can now download their monthly free games if they still have an active subscription of PlayStation Plus. The games that are getting a release for PS Plus subscribers include Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, The Deadly Tower of Monsters for PS4, Letter Quest Remastered, Pumped BMX+ for the PS Vita and Dirt 3 and Costume Quest 2 for the PS3.
The games were supposed to be available on November 1st and aside from Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, almost every game can be downloaded for their respect platform.

Sony seems to have acknowledged the issue with Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture, which is a bug that won’t let users add the game to their cart. They are working on a fix for it, while the glitch is only confirmed for the EU Store for now.
PS+ is a monthly subscription service that is tied to online play on the PS4 while offering weekly discounts and free games each month for the whole PlayStation eco-system.
