PS4 2.04 firmware update is now live but unfortunately some users are reporting issues with being able to download it, including error code CE-32937-4 and SU-30709-9.
This new firmware update seems to be a minor one aimed at stability of the operating system of PlayStation 4, but it started causing error SU-30709-9 and CE-32937-4 when attempting to download it.
Sony has acknowledged issues faced by user after this update and assured that a fix should be out soon.

System software stability during use of some features has been improved.
If you are still having issues with downloading this update, you can manually try to update your PlayStation 4 via USB. To do so, you have to download the update file from official PlayStation website, or follow the link here (US, EU, JPN).
It is best to wait until time passes in order to avoid any major issues with your PlayStation 4. Sadly this update is mandatory which means you won’t be able to play online until you update your PlayStation 4 to the latest version.
