Until Dawn is an upcoming PS4 exclusive from Supermassive Games. It was originally announced for the PS3 but the development was later shifted to PS4. It has been confirmed for an August 27th release date in Japan.
Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has updated the official website of the game today, adding info about the Japanese launch of the game. While the game is set to launch in the West on August 25th, it will be launching in Japan on August 27th. The retail version will cost 6,900 yen + tax, while the download version will cost 5,900 yen + tax.
They have also released new screenshots from the pre-order bonus chapter featuring Matt and Emily, two of the main characters from Until Dawn.
This bonus chapter will be available for both retail and digital copies of the game.
This exclusive scene sees Matt and Emily, a new couple, out on the mountain – but it’s not long until they start to suspect they aren’t alone.
Until Dawn will be released exclusively on the PS4 on August 25th in North America and August 27th in Japan.
