Valkyria Chronicles is getting a remaster on the PS4 and Sega has recently shared a couple of screenshots from the PS4 version, giving us a glimpse of the game running on the PS4, and the difference that can be expected from the PC version of the game.
While Sega is selling this game as a remaster, it is clear from the comparison that there isn’t much of a difference between the PC release of the game and the PS4 version. The PC version of the game already supported resolution of up to 4k and was an update from the PS3 version with improved textures and much more.

Valkyria Chronicles Remaster is currently confirmed for a release in Japan this February, although there is no word yet on a potential western release, but we can’t really rule it out since the PC version is already localized so it won’t take Sega much effort to localize and release the PS4 version as well.
