Earlier today, Sony announced the upcoming PSN scheduled maintenance. Fans found out about the routine maintenance through the PlayStation Network Status website. It will take place on June 22. The scheduled maintenance will last for two hours starting at 10:30 PM PST and ending at 12:30 AM PST. The timings might be different for people living in a different time zone.
During the maintenance, you will be able to sign into your PlayStation account and use most of your applications. However, the PlayStation Store, PlayStation Video and your Account Management will not be accessible during this two hour period.
If you want to play your games during this time period, make sure your PS4 is activated as your primary console or else you might face some problems. You might not be able to access some of your games or some applications might have the Locked symbol on them. You can activate your PlayStation 4 as your primary console through the Account Management settings on your PS4. Players might face some disconnection issues but that is to be expected during maintenance.
The Scheduled Maintenance starts on June 22 at 10:30 PM PST and lasts for two hours until 12:30 AM PST.
