PSN is down again and this time the outage appears to be worldwide. This has started to happen for the past couple of hours if the reports from the various users are accurate.
PSN outage is affecting almost every service that is available right now. You might experience error code WS-37403-7 or a different error depending on the servers.
Sony has an official PSN Status website which seems to list the problems for almost every service including the sign-in for PSN.

DownDetector also has multiple reports of a global PSN outage so we do know the service is having issues. No update from Sony so far on how long this outage will last for users.
