Developers Bluehole have released a new update for PUBG on PC that supposedly fixes matchmaking issues that came up after PC Update #22.
The announcement was made by the game’s official Help account on Twitter, which stated that they’ve resolved the bug which affected some region with their matchmaking. They’re also looking into improving the estimated duration shown that players have to wait before they can join a match.
For now they recommend players use the “quick join” option to quickly join a game.
Following PC Update #22, a bug occurred in some regions which effected global matchmaking. We've released a patch to resolve this bug.
We are working on improving the accuracy of the estimated matching time.
For now please use "quick join" for the fastest matchmaking time.
