Remedy Entertainment has updated the official system requirements for Quantum Break on PC. Now they have listed three difference requirements: Minimum, Recommended and Ultra. The Minimum and Ultra specs are the same as before but now the Recommended specs have changed. We would assume that the Ultra specs are required for running the game at a resolution of 4K on PC.

Quantum Break is currently confirmed for Windows 10 and there is no information on a Steam version yet. Head of PR at Remedy Entertainment, Thomas Puha confirmed that they will share more details about the Windows 10 PC version in February.

He talks more about the demo that the press had to play today and also assures PC users that Remedy will try their best to make the PC version great.
I would like to point out that we really gave the press hours on the game. Not like we gave a 20 min sequence. It was good 90-120 min demo

The cinematics team was in tears as the build had screen tear problems and the press was playing it. We tried to fix but ran out of time

Quantum Break is currently set for a release on April 5th, 2016 for the PC and Xbox One. It is only announced for Windows 10 store on PC and there is no confirmation of a Steam version for now.
