Red Dead Redemption 2 update version 1.09 is available to download now for the PS4 and Xbox One. Here are the patch notes for this brand new update for the game.
First of all, most of the changes included in this update are intended for Red Dead Online mode. It will be out from the beta phase soon as confirmed by Rockstar Games. This update is roughly 3 GB in size on the PS4 and should be similar on the Xbox One.

- Lemat Revolver
- New outfits and clothing (including a Poncho)
- New Story Missions (Co-op and Free Roam)
- Defensive and Offensive Options are now available
- Poker (Public and Private games)
- New Overrun Showdown mode
- New Dynamic events
- Balancing and Improvements
There is a lot more to do with this new update. Most of it is for Red Dead Online multiplayer mode which has received the much needed new story missions as Rockstar attempts to attract new and existing fans to the game.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is available now for the PS4 and Xbox One. It was also recently rumored for the PC.
