Red Dead Redemption HD Reportedly In Development For PS4, Xbox One And PC

Rockstar Games has released several critically acclaimed games in the past generation. In addition to Grand Theft Auto IV and V, they also released Red Dead Redemption, which is a western shooter. The game was critically acclaimed on its release and received numerous game of the year awards.

According to a report from Gamefocus.co.kr, Red Dead Redemption is set to receive a re-release on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The sources close to the website also confirmed a full Korean localization as well as the existence of the PC version. This will be the first time when the game makes it way to PC.

The website also states that the official announcement is expected at some point this week. Perhaps we will get the announcement of the remaster along with its sequel on PlayStation Meeting event, set for September 7th.

Red Dead Redemption is only available for the PS3 and Xbox 360, which means that if people wanted to play the long rumored sequel to Red Dead Redemption, they will have to buy it on either Xbox 360 or PS3. Thankfully the game was added to Xbox One backwards compatibility just recently, and appears to have received some updates on Xbox One including stable frame rate.
