The file size for the Xbox One version of Resident Evil 2 Remake has been confirmed.
The Xbox Store page for the game was just updated and is showing the base size for Resident Evil 2 to be 21.017 GB. The Deluxe Edition which includes extra costumes, weapons and the Classic OST is sized slightly higher at 21.14 GB.
Considering games like Red Dead Redemption 2 almost hitting 100 GB in size, its really surprising to see Resident Evil 2 come in at such a small size.
Its not just this game though, most Capcom games tend to come in at smaller than expected sizes. Below are the sizes of some of Capcom’s recent AAA titles:
- Devil May Cry 5 – 35 GB
- Resident Evil 7 – 20GB
- Monster Hunter World – 20 GB
