Sony had a surprise up for their E3 2016 conference with the reveal of Resident Evil 7 for the PS4. This is a huge shift for the series by going from third person shooter to a first person survival horror game. The trailer also had a lot of P.T vibes with its flashlight in dark segments.

Resident Evil 7 is playable entirely in PSVR and should release on January 24th, 2017. There will be a demo available for the game today after the end of the conference.
