Resident Evil 7 Demo Is Available Now For The Xbox One

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard still has a bit to go until it’s official launch in January of 2017. And if you’re one of the many Xbox One owners who are itching to get a taste of the title, look no further. A demo for the game has now gone up on the Xbox Store.

Titled the Resident Evil 7 Teaser: Beginning Hour, the demo is available now for all users absolutely free of cost. Its also not a particularly large download either, coming to a total of only 3.64 GB.

The official description reads:

You wake up alone on the floor of an abandoned farmhouse. Daylight is quickly fading. You must find a way out.A thrillingly immersive horror experience for the five senses. This full model change to the frightening “Isolated View” player perspective, and photorealistic graphics of the cutting-edge RE Engine mark a new beginning for survival horror. Enter a terrifyingly new world of horror and survive.Warning: Contains scenes of horror and violence. Content may not be suitable for children.

While this might be the first appearance of the demo on Xbox One, it is already available on the PlayStation 4, having released back in June this year.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is set to release on 24th January, 2017, for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and the PC.
