While you may be able to acquire a basic shotgun during the very early hours of Resident Evil 7, it can certainly help to have one of the best shotguns in the game. It also helps knowing that this weapon is downright one of the best weapons in the game as well.
I’m talking about the M21 Shotgun, and this guide will show you just how to get a hold of it, though it might take a bit of effort.
First you will need to get a hold of the Snake Key, which will allow you to go into the attic, also known as Jacob’s room. Over here you will need to search for the model shotgun.
Once you have the model shotgun, head out into the yard and approach the space in between the two staircases leading up to the main house. One of these metal panels can we wedged open to reveal an opening containing the Repair Kit. Grab it.
Now head into the main house and go straight for the statue located on the far side of the room. Switch the Broken Shotgun the statue is holding with the model shotgun, and then combine the Repair Kit with the Broken Shotgun to acquire the M21 Shotgun.
