Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster Announced For Early 2016 Release

Capcom has announced a remaster of the cult classic Resident Evil Zero for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. The game is set to launch in early 2016 and will feature remastered HD graphics just like Resident Evil HD Remaster.

This is the third HD remaster announcement from Capcom after they announced their plans to double down on HD Remaster development with the sales success of Resident Evil HD Remaster, and the upcoming Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition. You can check out the first official screenshot of Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster below.

The game has been announced for a early 2016 release on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. Expect more news to arrive at the upcoming E3.

Resident Evil Zero was originally released exclusively for the GameCube. It is a prequel to Resident Evil 1 and features Rebecca Chambers tagging along with Billy Coen in a co-op adventure. The game has not been well received by most of the fans but still carries a cult status because of being the last good old-school Resident Evil game.
