Rise of the Tomb Raider seems to have received a visual update on the Xbox 360. Developed by Nixxes, the Xbox 360 version of the game compares favorably against the Xbox One version in our screenshot comparison. Now it appears that the day 1 patch includes some visual improvements for the game that were missing before launch.
We have taken new screenshots with the game updated to the latest version to see how much of an impact the new patch has on the visuals. It is definitely a noticeable upgrade for sure although the game still lacks the gorgeous lighting and higher quality textures, it atleast manages to get an inch closer to the visual fidelity of Xbox One with this latest patch.
Among the improvements, some are immediately noticeable like missing sun effects.
