PS3 Emulator RPCS3 has received a major update that improves functionality with many games.
The developers have detailed some of the games they’ve made improvements in.
The last two Naughty Dog games on the PS3 are technical masterpieces and emulating them is no easy task. In the new update both games now go in-game without using a save file. They also fixed crashing in the opening scene of The Last of Us.
- Resistance: Fall of Man now performs better after the developers fixed the game’s 8-bit data streaming.
- Shadows in Ninja Gaiden Sigma are now fixed
- Yakuza Ishin, Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza 5 data loss issue with mismatched sections is now fixed
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Time Re-Shelled and Watchmen: The End is Nigh now playable
