According to a recent rumor, it appears that Need for Speed: Rivals might have been delayed for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The rumor came from Will Power, a PR person working in video game industry. He talks about retailers and how they are pushing the release date of Need for Speed: Rivlas on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This news is rather unfortunate and after the delay of Watch_Dogs, The Crew and DriveClub, doesn’t really come of as a positive aspect for next generation launch.

The previous delay victims were Watch_Dogs, The Crew and DriveClub. All of them were pushed to early 2014 release date. If this turns out to be true, Need for Speed: Rivals might be pushed to same early 2014 release date.
