PlayStation 4 is also voice activated. Meaning you can navigate and control you PlayStation 4 using your voice. However, PlayStation 4 is currently limited to a select few basic commands such as going back to home screen from an app or a game, taking a screenshot and more. To use the voice command on the PlayStation 4, you will need headset (included with the PlayStation 4) or the PlayStation Camera (PS Camera), which is sold separately and is not included with the PlayStation 4.
Many individuals have started receiving their PlayStation 4’s early from retailers or from promotions. Many have started sharing their gameplay directly from the console to streams like Twitch or UStream. One individual has demonstrated how the Voice Commands on the PlayStation 4 work and from what we’ve seen, it’s pretty snappy, fast and fluid.
