How To Defeat The Final Boss In Shadow of the Tomb Raider

Once you are near the end of the game, you will know that the boss fight is near since you get a warning telling you that fast travel and camping will be disabled from now on, so make sure to prepare yourself by at least having the skill to heal using herbs. This is essential in the fight boss fight because it lets you heal as on hard mode there is no health regeneration.

The boss fight requires you to be agile and constantly on the lookout. The best weapon is the shotgun at close range. Make sure it is moderately upgraded. Keep an eye out on the arena where the fight takes place, there are many explosives that can be blown once the boss gets near it. If you start to run low on health, look for herbs that can be found in some corners. Use them to heal yourself if health gets low.

The boss will go through a couple of different phases. Once you deal a set amount of damage, he will start to glow giving you the chance to get closer and stab him with the dagger. Do this a few times and he will start to summon other enemies that can make the fight tricky. Don’t be afraid to use as much ammo as possible since there is plenty of spares to go around.

Once you stab him a total of 3 or 4 times, he will remove his mask and the last phase of the fight begins. The game keeps a checkpoint once you reach this phase so if you die, you will start from here instead of the beginning of the fight thus making it easier.
