Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 Has Been Delayed To April 2017

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 is an upcoming First Person Tactical Shooter in development by CI Games. It is the third game in the highly popular Sniper: Ghost Warrior series, and will be the first to feature a truly open world.

Now, CI Games has announced that the Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3’s release has been delayed a bit so that the developers can further polish and optimize the game. An impressive response from the press and fans has also prompted the studio to add additional features for when the game launches next year.

Marek Tymiński, CEO of CI Games, had this to say:

“We’re making an ambitious game and unfortunately still need an extra few months to make sure it will stand up to the expectations of the fans. Our goal is to ensure Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 runs smoothly on all platforms, and right now we still have some important work left on optimizing the game. This is our biggest project we’ve ever worked on and the entire team is pushing really hard to make the entire experience more polished.”

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 tells the story of American Sniper Jonathan North, who is dropped into Russian borders on a mission to find his brother. The game world features large open maps with dynamic weather and a day and night cycle that impacts your playstyle.
