In a continuation of its strong support for 3rd party titles, Sony has announced brand new Street Fighter V themed consoles. Fans of Street Fighter and fighting games in general are going to want to get their hands on these limited edition PS4s. Unfortunately, however, these collectibles will only be offered in Japan, and are scheduled to release alongside the game on February 18.
Each of the Street Fighter V themed consoles can be seen in the gallery below.
As can be seen above, there are four distinct models, each with its own pieces of art ranging from the Street Fighter V logo to artwork based on characters such as Ryu, Chun-Li, Necalli, and Laura.
Chun-Li and Necalli can be seen sporting their new alternate costumes, which were recently discovered by dataminers after a recent patch for the game’s beta client.
Each of these limited edition PS4s will come with a custom Street Fighter V theme and sleeve designed by Yusuke Murata, who is known for illustrating the American football manga Eyeshield 21 as well as One-Punch Man.
Should you decide to import one, each of these consoles will retail for a price of ¥37,480 (~$320 USD) in Japan. In the comments below, let us know if you plan on grabbing one of these PS4s come SFV’s launch on February 18.
