Ubisoft, the publisher’s behind the world famous third person shooter series Splinter Cell is now releasing the newest adventure of Sam Fisher on the Wii U. Nintendo has confirmed that Splinter Cell: Blacklist will be released on the Wii U on 20th August in North America. It will also be available on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
The game will be released on the 22nd August in Australia and on 23rd of August in the UK. The Wii U version of Splinter Cell: Blacklist will utilize the GamePad for”enhanced gameplay feature” using it’s touch screen, along with the motion-based input’s. As in the image below you can see that one of the feature is using the GamePad to manipulate different weapons.
According to Nintendo, the GamePad will allow player’s to use the GamePad for control of Sam’s gadgets, to easily switching weapons, take out enemies as well as many other actions.
