Spyro The Dragon Remaster Screenshots And Boxart Leaked Through Amazon

Spyro The Dragon remaster has been rumored for a while now but this is the first time we have received an actual leak for the game’s boxart and screenshots directly from Amazon. The leak also lists the release date for this upcoming remaster but it is not confirmed to be the official release date.

Spyro The Dragon Trilogy remaster is now titled as the ‘Reignited Trilogy’ as seen on the boxart. It will be developed by Toys For Bob, who have previously worked on the Skylanders series that also features Spyro. The screenshots below were leaked through Amazon and showcase the updated visuals for the game.

Judging from the current set of teases, it is entirely possible that the official reveal is just a few hours away. There is a good chance that Activision will confirm most of the speculation including the matter of timed exclusivity for the PS4.

Spyro The Dragon: Reignited Trilogy will feature the original 3 Spyro games from the PS1. It is a complete remake just like Crash Bandicoot Trilogy that retains most of the original design and just updates the visuals. Amazon has also listed the release date as September 21st and it will retail for $39.99.
