Nintendo has shared details on a new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate update that will be released for the Nintendo Switch. Here’s what is included in this update.
While we don’t have any information on any potential balance changes or adjustments that have been made to the fighters, Nintendo has warned that replay data will be incompatible with any previous version of the game after updating to a new one.
This update will include fighter adjustments, meaning replay data from previous versions will be incompatible. Convert your replays by going to Vault -> Replays -> Replay Data -> Convert to Video, before updating.
The last major update added a new video editor and a stage builder. It was released along with the Persona 5 Joker fighter DLC. The next DLC fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is still a mystery for now, but Nintendo might reveal it at their upcoming E3 2019 Nintendo Direct.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available now for the Nintendo Switch.
