Super Smash Bros Ultimate update version 1.2.1 is out now for the Nintendo Switch. Here’s what is included in this new update.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has received a couple of post-launch updates so far. The most important update for it was with the day one patch but it was followed with some balance adjustments and bug fixes.
The new update for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate barely weighs in a couple of MBs and the patch notes shared by Nintendo don’t really detail any major change.
Super Smash Bros Ultimate Update Version 1.2.1 Patch Notes
The following changes were made in version 1.2.1.
*Various gameplay fixes.
*To use online features, your software must be updated.
*Local wireless is not compatible in different versions.
*Replays are compatible with ver. 1.2.0.
Recently, it was discovered by the fans that there is a glitch that lets Isabella summon an unlimited amount of assist trophies. This new update hasn’t fixed this glitch but it seems to be dealing with other game related fixes.
There are no details given about any character or balance adjustments for this time, and since the increment to the update number is small, this is more of a short hotfix that was pushed ahead of the holidays.
