Bethesda Softworks has released a mysterious new update for The Evil Within 2 on the PS4 today ahead of Halloween.
Currently, there are no patch notes available to view for this update, however, it could be related to Halloween judging from the timing for it. The last big update or patch for the game was released with the first person camera support, but this one remains to be a mystery.
The Evil Within 2 was developed by Tango Gameworks. It was published by Bethesda Softworks and launched almost 1 year ago in last October along with Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus. The game is a sequel to the first Evil Within which was developed by Shinji Mikami. This game was directed by a new director under the direction of Shinji Mikami.

While we are waiting for an official update or patch notes for this game, it is best to check out the game yourself to see if the update has made any changes to it. This update was also released for the Japanese version of The Evil Within 2, which is called Psycho Break 2. There is no update for the PC version so, at the moment, it is only confirmed for the consoles.
