CD Project Red has finally released a fix for the level of detail of pop-in issues that plagued The Witcher 3 when played on a PS4 Pro at 4K resolution. This issue started to happen with the release of the HDR patch for the game. It was released last month and immediately saw fans showcasing the pop-in and aggressive level-of-detail.
This issue appears to have been prominent when the game was running at 4K while the frame rate was slightly improved, the overall experience was arguably worse with the update.
