This Classic Ninja Might Be Making An Appearance In Mortal Kombat 11

Mortal Kombat 11 character roster is not completely announced yet, but this accidental leak could confirm one of the classic Ninjas making the cut.

As spotted by Dualshockers, the classic Ninja Reptile can be part of the fighter roster for the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11. His addition was leaked through an interview where the Art Director at NetherRealm Studios Steve Beran accidentally mentioned his presence.

“Then there’s certain things like you can activate Reptile’s Acid Ball. It’s very nostalgic. You have these helpers, if you will. It’s a blast and we’re really happy about that, ” said Beran during this interview.

What he didn’t realize was that Reptile hasn’t been announced in any official reveal or video footage. His inclusion in the fighter roster might not be that surprising, but even if we go by this quote, it can also be a simple assist like it has been in some cases for the past few games.

Mortal Kombat 11 will be out on April 23, 2019, for the PS4, Xbox One, PC, while the Nintendo Switch version has been reportedly delayed. The game is developed by Netherrealm Studios who are also starting a private beta test before it launches in April.
