Titanfall 2 Confirmed To Get Xbox One X Support With Dynamic 4K Resolution Support

Titanfall 2 developers Respawn Entertainment has confirmed in a new blog post that they are planning to add support for the upcoming Xbox One X. Titanfall 2 currently features dynamic 4K resolution support for the PS4 Pro but the resolution is capped at 1440p on the PS4 Pro while looks like it will feature upto 2160p resolution on the Xbox One X, making it a far better version image quality wise.

Titanfall 2 was originally released back in November 2016 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. The game was praised for its superb single player campaign although the mutliplayer suffered with lack of players. You can read our review of the game from here. The source of the news is the short blurb at the end of the updates shared by the developers which promises 4K resolution with dynamic super scaling on the Xbox One X.

Titanfall 2 will support Xbox One X. This means 4K resolution for increased fidelity as well as support for dynamic super scaling.

Titanfall originally launched as an Xbox exclusive franchise with a PC port. The game faced some controversy due to its exclusivity status especially since it was from EA, but the sequel has been made multiplatform leading to a release on the PS4 as well as the Xbox One.
