We are just four days away from the release of Respawn Entertainment’s first-person shooter, Titanfall 2. The game comes out this Friday, on the October 28th, for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
Fans are super excited to get their hands on this first-person shooter. However, they will have to download a patch on the day of release. Earlier this week, Respawn Entertainment CEO, Vince Zampella, announced that Titanfall 2 will be getting a day one patch, and players will have to download the patch in order to play the game’s online multiplayer.

Titanfall 2’s day one patch will be 88MB in size, and will be available for download on release day. Titanfall 2 has changed significantly, compared to Titanfall 1. This time around, the game has a campaign mode, which Titanfall 1 did not have. Titanfall 1 consisted of multiplayer only, however, Respawn Entertainment decided to add a campaign mode this time.
Respawn Entertainment added a new movement system to the game as well, making the game even more fast paced than Titanfall 1. The additions of a grappling hook make the movement system faster and better.
The Titanfall 2 multiplayer features six brand new titans. Each titan has a unique set of abilities, so some titans may perform better in certain situations, compared to another. Titanfall 2 is being developed by Respawn Entertainment, and published by EA. The game comes out on October 28th, for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
