Tom Clancy’s The Division’s Multiplayer Will Completely Change Once You Hit The Level Cap

The Division

Tom Clancy’s The Division is an upcoming open-world game that is being developed by Ubisoft Massive. The game will feature a strong Multiplayer as it is said to be a Massively Multiplayer Online Game.

According to Ubisoft, The Division has a maximum level cap of 30. In most games, you just wander around the same areas with your same old gear after reaching the level cap. But in The Division, the Multiplayer experience of the game completely changes once you hit the level cap. Ubisoft Massive’s creative director Magnus Jansen recently spoke to VG247 where he shared some details about the Multiplayer portion of the game.

According to Jansen, once you hit the level cap, the Dark Zones will change completely as new content along with brand new challenges suitable for that level will be added in the Dark Zones. Instead of wandering in the same old Dark Zone, you will be able to explore a brand new Dark Zone filled with brand new stuff.

“And now the entire Dark Zone, instead of being segmented where you explore further and further north” Said Magnus Jansen “the whole Dark Zone is repopulated completely for you to tackle openly again.”

The Dark Zone is described as the area where players can fight with each other to steal loot. More loot will be present in tougher areas. Dark Zones are separate from the Campaign and have their own progress system.

The Division

After a number of delays, Tom Clancy’s The Division will launch on March 8, 2016 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. A Closed Beta for the game will be held at the end of this month, on January 28th for Xbox One and on January 29th for PC and PS4. Those who are interested in buying an Xbox One this month can have a look at Xbox One The Division bundle.
