Top 5 Perks In Call of Duty Zombies

Zombies mode is one of the most popular game modes to play with friends. Treyarch introduced this game mode in Call of Duty: World at War as a bonus game mode: a game mode that players could play just for fun when they get bored of multiplayer but Zombies got very popular, very quickly. Zombies mode went from being a bonus game mode to being the second most played game mode in Call of Duty. After Treyarch saw how popular Zombies was, they added the Zombies game mode to all of their Call of Duty games and it has had a lot of success over the years. After Call of Duty: World at War, the Zombies mode made a return in Call of Duty: Black Ops where Treyarch gave the game mode a story and players had to complete the Easter Eggs to find out more about the storyline.

Then came Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 which brought a lot of new features, weapons, perks, characters and new Easter Eggs to the Zombies mode. Black Ops 2 Zombies had a few new things that made the mode different from what we saw in the past. It had a huge map (TranZit) and players had to travel via bus or by foot through the thick mysterious fog.

The most important things players needed to survive wave after wave of Zombies are Perks and weapons so today, we bring you the top 5 zombies perks or Perk-A-Colas of all time.

5. PhD Flopper

The PhD Flopper grants the player immunity against falling damage and explosive such as grenades, RPGs, Ray-Gun etc and it also granted the player the ability to trigger a powerful blast by performing the dolphin dive from a height which would normally damage them. The dolphin dive explosion is a one-hit kill till round 20 so you can use the dolphin dive explosion and nothing else and survive till round 20. The perk costs 2000 points and is very useful for players who like to use guns like Mustang and Sally and the Ray-Gun. This perk was first introduced in Ascension, a DLC map for Call of Duty: Black Ops, and has been a part of other maps such as Call of The Dead, Shangri-La and Moon. The perk can also be obtained on Buried and Origins by progress through the Easter Egg.

4. Double Tap

In Black Ops, Double Tap only increases your fire rate by 25% but in Black Ops 2, Double Tap increased your fire rate by 25% and also enables bullet weapons to fire two bullets per shot (twice the pellets on shotguns) so it pretty much doubled the damage and it only costs 2000 points. But this perk has a negative side too, due to the high fire rate the gun’s recoil increases and you will also run out of ammo relatively quickly. It can be found on every map which has Perk-A-Colas.

3. Speed Cola

The Speed Cola gives players the ability to reload their weapons 50% faster as well as the ability to repair barriers 60% faster. Which makes this an essential perk for players who like to use LMGs, which take a lot of time to reload. This perk costs 3000 points and it is located on every map which has Perk-A-Colas.

This Perk-A-Cola costs 1500 points and when playing solo, you can acquire this perk without turning on the power but you can only use this perk 3 times, except for some exceptions on several Black Ops 2 maps. This perk is available on every map which has Perk-A-Colas expect Mob of the Dead where the quick revive is replaced by Afterlife.
