Trails of Cold Steel I and II for PS4 recently went up for pre-order and that gave us a look into all the additional features the re-releases add on top of the originals.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel Decisive Edition and The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II Relentless Edition are set to release in Early 2019 and were revealed out of nowhere earlier this month. Hardcore fans of the series like me are just hoping the next two games, which haven’t been localized for the West yet, make their way here soon.
The PS4 versions of Trails of Cold Steel I and II will have 4K/60FPS support, better graphics and interface. There’s also a Turbo mode allowing you explore maps at 2X and battles at 4X the speed. Turbo mode is such a good QOL feature for the game which I’m glad made its way into this release from the PC version:

As revealed before, the games will have Dual Audio, a first for the series. There’s also 50% extra English voiced dialogue, which if you’ve played a Trails game before, is a whole lot. Plus it’s now confirmed the game will have a PS3 and PS Vita Save File transfer feature for those who wanted to transfer their files from the original releases.

You can also transfer your save file from Cold Steel I to Cold Steel II on the PS4.
Trails of Cold Steel II also adds Overdrive Mode it is as detailed below:
Link system with new Overdrive mode – combat Link system nets benefits including healing, guarding, and more, while new Overdrive mode allows linked characters to attack up to three turns in a row
