This news should come as a sigh of relief to fans of developers tri-Ace as by the looks of things they’ll continue making console games. Last month it was announced that tri-Ace were bought out by Japanese mobile company Nepro Japan. Many fans were speculating that they’ll be focusing on mobile games from now on, in a recently released press release from the company themselves it seems that will not be the case.
Nepro Japan states that they’re hoping to use both of their properties i.e tri-Ace and Mobile & Game Studio to their strengths. They released a chart to showcase their plans for the future, check it out below:

Since tri-Ace’s expertise lies with console games and Nepro Japan realises that, a future game by the Valkyria Chronicles developer is perfectly possible. The studio also helped development on the Final Fantasy XIII series.
