Ubisoft Is Hiring For An “Unannounced Ambitious Mobile Game Project With A Big Ubisoft IP”

Ubisoft is one of the biggest game dev studios in the world. Right now, they have multiple projects in development but mobile is something that they can’t ignore considering how much revenue it can generate if the game is a success.

Ubisoft Montreal has job openings posted just last week for a brand new project. They are hiring for a 3D Programmer, Senior Game Designer, Gameplay Programmer, and Data Analyst. The interesting portion of this job opening was this tiny blurb about “unannounced ambitious mobile game project with a big Ubisoft IP.”

Ubisoft recently released a mobile game based on the Assassin’s Creed IP but it seemed like a small to a mid-scale project. Assassin’s Creed Rebellion is available to play now on mobile platforms so this is likely another different project altogether. It will be interesting to see what kind of project this one ends up being for the studio. Are we looking at a new Tom Clancy or Watch Dogs for Mobile?

Since this project is from the Montreal branch, it is unlikely to be a small-scale project and the job description is also clear that it is something big and ambitious.

Let us know what do you have in mind for this ‘ambitious project’ based on a big Ubisoft IP in the comments below.
