Naughty Dog has released the multiplayer beta of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End on the PS4 today. It should be available to download for all the users who bought a physical or digital copy of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection. As it stands, the beta is currently available exclusively to the users of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection so if you don’t own a copy of the game, you will have to wait for the official release of the game, which is set for March 18th, 2016.
If you have bought Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and want to download the Multiplayer Beta, you can do so by following the instructions below.
- Insert the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection game disc into the PlayStation 4
- Highlight the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection game icon
- Select ‘Overview’
- Select the Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Beta tile and press the X button to begin your download from the PlayStation Store.
The multiplayer beta has a download size of around 7.2 GB and there is no pre-load available for it on the PS4. The beta has gone live just a few hours ago and should be playable for everyone. Do keep in mind that there are some matchmaking issues that players are experiencing in the Beta, but Naughty Dog has acknowledged them and are working on a fix for it.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will be available on March 18th, 2016 exclusively for the PS4.
