Valkyria Chronicles 4 on PC will support 4K and Ultrawide resolutions at launch, PC System Requirements released

Sega just made Valkyria Chronicles 4 available for pre-order on Steam for PC along with releasing the full System Requirements.

The minimum System Requirements are on the low end requiring an i3 and GT650. However what’s interesting is that the game supports Ultrawide resolutions out of the box (or should I say installer).

I have an X34 Predator and many games that I enjoy playing either require third party patches or simply don’t support its native resolution at all. Honestly Valkyria Chronicles 4 was the last game I was expecting to support Ultrawide but its a huge step in the right direction. Really considering playing this game on PC now instead of the PS4. Only downside for the extra resolutions and textures is that the PC version is sized at around 70GB as compared to around 30GB on the PS4.

Below are the full PC System Requirements for Valkyia Chronicles 4:

MINIMUM:

  • OS: Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i3 6100 or equivalent AMD
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 650Ti 2GB
  • DirectX: Version 9.0c
  • Storage: 71 GB available space

Valkyria Chronicles 4 releases on PC, PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One on September 25. A demo for the game is out now if you can’t wait, progress in that carries over to the main game.
