Warframe is an online free-to-play third person shooter, developed and published by Digital Extremes. Yesterday, Digital Extremes released a new update for Warframe called Specters of the Rail. The update added tons of new content to Warframe.
Specters of the Rail introduced a new companion for players called Kavats. The Kavats are ferocious space cats which are equipped with their own armor and mods. The Kavats support you in battle depending on the Kavat you have with you.
Adarza Kavats:
The Adarza Kavats are silent, but deadly. They offer a critical chance for a short time and have the ability to reflect damage back at enemies.
Smeeta Kavats:
The Smeeta Kavats are powerful Kavats that create a mirror image of themselves to distract enemies. They also grant good fortune to your squad members.
The Archwing has been changed significantly and has a new Flight system, a new Support class and a new game mode have been added to the game as well.
- The Support Archwing is for those who wish to support their friends.
- Archwing Rush mode is a new game mode where players have to prevent the escape of enemy supply ships for a short period of time.
- Archwing Pursuit Mode is a game mode where players have to capture a heavily-guarded Grineer ship. The Grineer ship is equipped with deadly turrets, deploys highly explosive mines and reinforcements.
Specters of the Rail added tons of content for players to enjoy. The update is out now for PC and will be available for consoles later this week.
