The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt to get two expansion packs totalling 30 hours of gameplay

Polish developers CD Project Red has announced that The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt will get two massive expansion packs that will offer around 30 hours of gameplay. The first is scheduled for October while the second one will be released in March of next year.

The first expansion is called Blood and Wine and will take Geralt to a “No man’s land”. The developer claims this DLC will be around 10 hours long. The second one is expected to be longer. Both the expansion packs will add other content as well including costumes, weapons and additional enemies to hunt.

CD Project Red will also be releasing 16 pieces of free DLC for The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt once the game releases.

The first expansion pack will be priced at $10 while the second will ending up costing you $15. If you buy both DLCs then players will get a discounted price of $20. Players can also buy the DLC game bundle that will retail for $80 to get the game and both DLC expansions.

The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt releases for PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One on May 19.
